The patient presented with lesions that were an unusual color. A 52-year-old homeless man was seen in the dermatology clinic for a 1-week history of a mildly pruritic rash. He had no associated systemic symptoms or significant medical history. Treatment with Gold Bond powder did not result in improvement.
