Looking Beyond Numbers: Lithium Toxicity Within Therapeutic Levels

A 65-year-old man was admitted with slurred speech of acute onset. He had a past medical history of type 2 diabetes mellitus, hypertension and bipolar disorder on metformin, amlodipine and lithium.
