A 32 year old female with a past medical history of hypothyroidism presented with two weeks of subjective fevers and chills and a one month history of a rash. She reported the rash began behind her right knee and progressed to her chest, neck, axilla, antecubital regions, and back. The rash was painless, but pruritic. She also endorsed painful crusted lip sores that prevented her from eating. Her only medication was levothyroxine. She recently immigrated to the Unites States from India four months prior.
