Radiation-induced cutaneous angiosarcoma of the breast

A woman in her 70s presented with numerous erythemato-violaceous macules and papules with the tendency to merge into plaques, located on the left breast around a surgical scar (Figure 1). These lesions had appeared about two months before and progressively increased in size and number.
