TATTOO ASSOCIATED SARCOIDOSIS

A 27-year-old male with no known medical comorbidities presented to the emergency department with shortness of breath and bilateral forearm swelling of 4 weeks duration. He was treated with clindamycin at an outside facility prior to this admission without significant improvement. He denied any trauma, recent travel, or contact with animals. He also denied any tobacco, alcohol, or illicit drug use.
